I'm Bea Gonzalez
Hi, I’m Bea Gonzalez—an educator, curriculum designer, and instructional consultant with 19 years of experience in the field of education. I hold a Bachelor's degree in History and a Master’s in Educational Administration, and I’ve had the privilege of serving as a teacher, instructional coach, district coordinator, and now, educational consultant.
My Story
I created TeachSmart because I believe teaching and learning should be engaging, purposeful, and practical. In a field full of theory, I wanted to bring that theory to life—showing educators how it looks in real classrooms, with real students.
Whether I’m working side-by-side with a teacher or leading district-wide training, my goal is always the same: to make instruction smarter, stronger, and more impactful—every step of the way.
